Chapin and Kip Durling have a lifelong dairy food and milk processing background, beginning with Durling Farms in Whitehouse, NJ. Durling Farms was founded by the brother’s great-great-grandfather in 1880 and was passed down four generations to their father, Corey. The plant was sold to Wakefern Food Corp (Shoprite Supermarkets) in 1990 and today processes milk for a variety of retail operations.
